I have seen both on menus but the only places that I recall at this moment are for the Chateau at The Embers in Imperial Place ( It was very good) and Hugo%26#39;s Cellar whcih is also excellent. Check the menu of House of Lords at The Sahara and Circus Circus%26#39; The Steak House, both are online at the hotel/casino websites. These are not the newest or most upscale choices for dining spots but the food is very good and a bit less expensive for good quality.

I am sure others will respond with information about their favorite spots for these dishes. I am usually more of a prime rib, filet,

kind of person for a dinner event.. I am sure there are many, many, places for your choices trendy, expensive, with a view, downtown, on the strip. off-the strip and so on. It might be helpful if you clarified if it is a good meal or a specific atmosphere that you are seeking (or both) and if price is or is not a consideration.

I was looking at Hugo%26#39;s Cellar menu on The Four Queens website and they have both. If you have never eaten there you will find it a real treat.
