Any suggestions on what room to ask for at Aladdin which would have a nice view? Thanks for any help.

Aladdin what room?
Get a resort vista strip view room. Its the best for the money.
Does Aladdin give free upgrade upon arrival if available? I%26#39;m only booked for the deluxe room, which I think is the basic. Comes with the package.
Ask them when you put your c/card on the counter - and have a $20 hanging out from under your card. Ask if they have any free upgrades and if they help you, they get to keep the $20.
vegasdragon-I%26#39;m surprised you are going for the Aladdin...Must have some good rates for you to tolerate the construction!
Lesley, thanks for the tip.
tomvegas, stop scarring me!, I%26#39;ll be at the Alladin in 3 wks! lol
$20 Tricks are not my style. I would just tip and ask for a strip room if they can do it. Not looking for a super suite for free just a view if possible. If I know what room has a view that would help if I can ask for it or know if the room I get has a view. Thanks everyone for their reply.

Is that a good room or are you just pulling my finger err I mean leg.
Resort room is bigger. It is a good value for 20-30$ more
you may get a free upgrade, but only if they are at low occupancy. The view is no big deal, that stuff is better to see from the street.
i had a regular room, with view of Paris pool, tower, and balloon, and most of the bellagio fountains, but rarely looked out...Seeing it from the street was good enough
I would rather my upgrade been to a Resort Room without a view
We were at the Aladdin the end of last month. At check-in I had my $20 bill neatly and visibly folded on top of my credit card and asked nicely if there were any complementary upgrades available with a strip view. The lady gave me a choice of a room high up with a fountain view or a larger room with a partial fountain/strip view on the 27th floor. We opted for the 27th floor larger room. From the pics on the Aladdin site I am pretty sure it was a Resort room (we had booked the $49/night regular room). The room was lovely; the view was great. I really enjoyed looking out the window at the lights.
I hope whatever room you get you have a winning time!
I%26#39;m glad vegasdragon asked this question. I%26#39;m getting a lot of info from the answers, so I thank you.
