When is the CHEAPEST time to go to Vegas

I really want to get the best bang for my buck.

I wanna be on the Strip

I don%26#39;t mind paying a bit more if the hotel offers a lot of freebies

But it must be clean

We don%26#39;t intend to spend much time in the room

Cheapest time- July/August, December after the rodeo and a few days before NYE, Sunday-Thursday.

A few years ago I went between the two weeks before xmas and stayed at Bally%26#39;s for $25. It is cold though.

Bally%26#39;s is colder than the other hotels? I don%26#39;t get it.

Never expect freebies or loads of them. If they happen that%26#39;s great, if not you end up with what you yourself requested in the first place so if you aren%26#39;t happy, just blame the person staring at you in the mirror.

i always thought the cheapest time to go anywhere is when someone else is footing the bill? : )

if you%26#39;re really looking you can find good deals at pretty much any time during the year. i suggest getting on the newsletter mailing lists of the major hotels that you%26#39;d consider staying at. Also, maybe sign up for newsletters for different airlines that depart from your city for LV. Quite often they offer discounted packages to fill their planes closer to departure dates.

VHB is the only guy on this forum that actually worked in Hotel Mgt. so listen to him.

I have been twice in december, mid-month, and paid about $17 per night for the orleans. Can%26#39;t beat that !!

Mid-to-late Junes is also reasonable, and pools are in full swing, babes are in light clothing
