Restaurant.com certificates... anyone who has used them

Im confused as to how these work. Can you only use one at a time? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Restaurant.com certificates... anyone who has used them

layla, You can only use one coupon per visit. I know that at the Kahunaville at TI, there%26#39;s a stipulation that you can only use one coupon per MONTH. You need to read the fine print. I used a coupon in Vegas a couple of weeks back and Restaurant dot com asked me to complete a survey on my experience. So there is a checks and balances system in place.

They work just like a gift card or gift certificate. Yes, you may only use one at a time. The restrictions are stated very clearly on them, usually there is a minimum purchase required, alcohol is not included, and some are not valid at the weekend.

I us them in NY all the time- only one per visit, per restaurant per month (I don%26#39;t know how they know except maybe by the Credit card # used to buy them)

I just bought two more since there is a 60% discount code 42698

I wont be in Vegas til next year so I%26#39;m going to wait to buy these til after New Yrs

Planning a trip to LV Sept 3-7. Heard lots about Restaurant.com and these certificates. Time being what it is did I read, or see correct that you can print these certificates ';right away'; ?? I don%26#39;t think I%26#39;d have enough time to wait for mail.

Is this correct, or only correct for some ??

Thanks !!

** note ** celebrating our 25th only way we know how....LV !!

Yep, you get the certificate to print as soon as you pay.

Happy anniversary!

I see you tagged ';Local Expert';. For the Vegas area ?? If yes, then let me ammend my question.

What places might you suggest going to ?? We will be with another couple (4 people total). I also know that these are generally one per table, but what we are likely to do is average the bill out for the four of us. We%26#39;ll still stand to save.

Being on a bit of a budget we will tend to stay away from the higher priced places. The 10,15, maybe 20 menu item cost is our average.

Thanks for the speedy reply, and well wishes.

Actually I am an expert for Panama City Beach :)

I am not familiar with a lot of the restaurant.com places, we usually stay %26amp; eat off strip, and have so many ';old favorites'; to visit we don%26#39;t get to try but a few new places each trip.

You might try making a new post asking for recommendations, I am sure lots of people would be happy to share theirs.
