I was reading that Vegas cab driver%26#39;s blog at www.lvcabbiechronicles.blogspot.com and his latest blog mentions something about ';The Hundred Dollar Phonecall.'; The title of the blog is ';There is this phenomenon......';
I read that blog about 3 times and find it very confusing. I even left a comment for him to explain but he just responded with ';LOL.';
Can someone explain what he means please?

To explain...the various ';escort'; businesses offer a...let%26#39;s call it a royalty, to the cabbies who sent a client their way. The cabbies all have a unique id number they give their customers when they send some business to these places. They are then contacted by phone to come pick up their royalties after services have been rendered. He explained this in one of his earlier posts a few months ago.
