Canyon helicopter tours

I%26#39;ve been looking at a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon, including landing on the bottom. Very big difference in prices for tours that look similar.

Does anyone have any advice on why I should spend the extra to go with someone like Sundance vs. Grand Canyon Tours?

Thanks

I have been exploring this as well. I have decided on Pappillon as they go to the south rim. Most of the companies I reviewed and called only go to the west rim. The Super Air Deluxe is $268/pp you get picked up at hotel and taken to Boulder City airport and fly over the north and south rims. The visual tour on Pappillon%26#39;s website looks fabulous. Hope this help you.

I am also taking the Papillion tour to the south rim for 268.00. Just booked and paid this AM.It also takes us to the north rim for 30 minutes. Then we will land at the south rim lodge for picture taking. I don%26#39;t know how good it is (as I have never been there)but from all the threads on here I think we have made a good choice. Just type in Papillion and it will take you to all the comments on it lots of opinions.

I%26#39;ve been on Sundance and like their friendly approach.

The concierge at the hotels seem to prefer Maverick tours, they should also be able to find you some much cheaper companies.

The concierge at Paris was not keen on Papillon because of hidden costs.

Sundance, Heli USA or Maverick do not go to the south rim.
