Why are Papillion Helicopter flights cheaper, than others???

Hi there

We have been looking at the Helicopter flights and everyones opinions on them. Papillion appears to be the cheapest...but why?

Also someone metioned that their flights are set to Music....this sounds dreadful...can anyone tell me if this is true and if it is on all flights??

Can deals be got on Maverick and Sundance (is this the name???) in Vegas, as they do not have any deals listed on the net.

We really want to do the flight, when you land on the Canyon Floor, but are trying to stick to a budget.

I asked this question some time ago and was told that Papillion have an older fleet. We used them for the Neon nights tour and found them to be very efficient. The shuttle bus turned up on time at our hotel, the staff were very friendly and the flight was great. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We did the celebration Grand Canyon tour in March with Papillion

and it was excellant,

We got to land on the Canyon floor for about 20mins and had a choice of soft drinks, champagne or water.

You don%26#39;t have to have the music turned on we did%26#39;nt..

If we ever do the heli trip again we will definately use Papillion

not been on our trip yet but we booked through www.looktours.com booked a trip that goes to hoover dam.. lake mead.. then onto grand canyon and lands there then back over the strip and that was $289 each

be careful with some of the cheaper trips as the leave from Boulder Airport and not McCarren International which is the vegas one

Because IMHO they offer inferior c/s. The time i used them there were ALL kinds of delays turning a 90 minute from start to finish to almost a 4 HR ORDEAL!!!!!

Papillon uses PAPER helicopters. Other companies use metal ones.
